Many schools develop programs to educate students about making our planet a cleaner place.

A school owned midsize wind turbine shows  everybody  that the environment is important to this school.  Based on the actual performance of the school turbine and weather conditions  lessons can be organized and cases can be build and will help students to understand how to harvest energy from the earth’s sustainable resources. The computer based control unit in the school-turbine can publish parameters over the internet allowing students and teachers to monitor the production of energy from any browser.

Besides helping to educate students the school-turbine generates energy and helps to save energy costs.
